About the role:

We are seeking a Trainer with proficiency in teaching to join our team. As a Commerce Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs tailored to employees/Customers in commerce-related roles with a particular focus on individuals. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles while also bridging language barriers and promoting inclusivity within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with relevant research, publications, and advancements in the field of accounting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on various aspects of commerce, including accounting, finance, business management, and marketing, with content delivered in both English and Hindi.
• Design training materials and resources that cater to Hindi-speaking participants, ensuring that language barriers are effectively addressed and learning outcomes are maximized.
• Conduct training sessions for customers at different proficiency levels in both English and Hindi, adapting content and delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Assist sales teams in understanding and articulating the value proposition of accounting products or services to customers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and language specialists to ensure accurate translation and localization of training materials.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation, tracking attendance, performance, and compliance with training requirements.

Candidate requirements:

• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA- Inter), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA- Inter),
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex accounting concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in both languages.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and curriculum development, with a focus on addressing language and cultural differences in training delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with Hindi-speaking employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in commerce, coupled with a deep understanding of Hindi language and business terminology.

Language: English and Hindi (Preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
