Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to market demands.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
• Product Promotion
• Present and explain our range of color products and services to clients.
• Recommend solutions based on customer preferences, interior design trends, and technical requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate product information.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for repeat business.
• Market Research
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on emerging trends and customer demands.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain accurate sales records, activity logs, and client information.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
