Designation- Color Expert Location- Mumbai Experience- 12+ Yrs Brand Development Responsibilities: Craft compelling content to promote colors across various platforms, emphasizing lifestyle trends and color fundamentals. Conceptualize and design new textures, stencils, and other elements with appropriate color combinations and application techniques. Develop training modules on color theory and effects for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide support for Architects & Interior Designers\' programs by offering relevant color tools and kits. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in interior design, fine arts, color science, or a related field; a master\'s degree or certification in color theory is advantageous. Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the decorative paints or coatings industry. Previous experience in color consulting, particularly in the Paints & D cor space. Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics. Proficiency in developing color tools and understanding color psychology. Ability to identify market trends, analyze competition, and keep abreast of industry best practices. Detail-oriented with a creative approach to design execution. Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for developing innovative and inspiring color solutions. Proactive, adaptable, and skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
