:This is a remote position.We are seeking a skilled Operations Developer to join our team and provide support for ourData Governance project, with a focus on Collibra. The ideal candidate will play a crucialrole in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Data Governance platform,contributing to the success of our data management initiatives. Exposure to Master DataManagement (MDM) concepts and experience with platforms like Reltio will beadvantageous.Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the Data Governance team to support the configuration,customization, and maintenance of the Collibra platform.\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues within the Data Governanceenvironment, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the implementation of data governance policies, standards, and workflowswithin the Collibra platform, in alignment with organizational objectives.\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Collibra with other datamanagement systems and tools, such as MDM/Reltio platforms.\xef\x82\xb7 Contribute to the design and implementation of data quality checks, validation rules,and workflows to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data assets.\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in the testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and patcheswithin the Collibra environment.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Collibra usage, bestpractices, and data governance principles.\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, scalability, andperformance of the Collibra infrastructure.\xef\x82\xb7 Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Data Governance, Collibra,MDM, and related technologies, making recommendations for continuousimprovement.\xef\x82\xb7 Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions to provideinsights and recommendations for optimizing the Data Governance/Collibraenvironment.Requirements:\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience (2-5 years) in operations support or development roles,preferably in the context of Data Governance or similar data managementprojects.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong understanding of Data Governance principles, methodologies, andframeworks, with hands-on experience working with Collibra or equivalentData Governance platforms.\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and exposure toplatforms like Reltio or similar MDM solutions.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experiencewith automation tools for operational tasks.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolvetechnical issues in a timely manner.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multipletasks simultaneously.\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teamsis a plus.\xef\x82\xb7 Certification in Collibra or MDM platforms is desirable but not mandatoryWork mode: One week of onboarding at Chennai office and later RemoteContract Duration : 3 Months and extendable
