Launched in2014, we are the highest ranked portal by Similar Web in education.Conduct outbound calls daily.Designation- Education CounselorWork mode- RemoteJob type-Full timeExp-0-1yrAbout your new role:- Conduct outbound calls daily.- Develop a strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.- Track and document all interactions with leads in our CRM system.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets based on call attempts, successful connections, and conversion rates.- Develop strong understanding of our programs, services, and educational offerings.- Build and maintain rapport with leads.- Collaborate with the admissions and counseling teams- Learn about and stay updated on the study abroad processes for specific countries.What Makes You a Great Fit:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Dedication to the assigned task, with a strong work ethic.- Previous experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or call center role is a plus.- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in one south language- Knowledge of study abroad Experience is a Plus.- Target orientations (ref:updazz.com)
