Colleges Co-ordinator We are looking for a young and passionate person who has at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the social sector to co-ordinate with colleges in Hyderabad to engage their students in volunteering activities. The tasks include: \xef\x82\xb7 Visiting and interacting with colleges regularly \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain the rapport with the colleges we are already working with \xef\x82\xb7 Develop college level core teams \xef\x82\xb7 Engage college students during their vacation \xef\x82\xb7 Motivate college students to volunteer through Seva Fellowship \xef\x82\xb7 Drive college specific programs/events \xef\x82\xb7 Consolidate list of volunteering opportunities to engage college students meaningfully \xef\x82\xb7 Reporting the status of volunteers\xe2\x80\x99 engagement on monthly and quarterly basis
- Guide the training co-ordinator in training and developmental activities for the volunteers.
- Being in constant touch with existing volunteers
- Basics of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Use of internet, e-mail, etc.
- Ability to talk to new people
- Presentations in colleges
- Organize events
- Health insurance
- Day shift
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Able to travel within the city. Drivers license
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- NGO: 1 year (Required)
- 75% (Preferred)
