Collections Specialist (S2) :-

We are looking for a hard-working, reliable Collections Specialist to join our team and help us by ensuring Pluralsight receives payments for goods and services while maintaining outstanding customer service. As a Collections Specialist, you will assist in cash applications, daily collections and responding to customer requests.

What you'll own:-• Learn and use daily collections and accounting systems
• Track unpaid invoices and follow up regularly with customers for payment, and coordinate with sales reps as needed
• Correspond regularly with sales reps regarding questions on invoices and customer requests
• Apply payments received to outstanding invoices
• Monitor and respond promptly to the constant inflow of e-mails to AR inbox and other communication channels
• Prepare AR Aging reports for weekly meetings with AR team and leadership
• Coordinate with customers and sales reps to send invoices and receive payments through EDI (electronic data interchange) as necessary.


Experience you'll need:-• Bachelor's degree equivalent
• Professional work experience preferred
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tesorio, Hiver or other accounting systems is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Physical and Mental Requirements:-•Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.•
