About Collections in Paytm: We offer Personal Loans, Merchant Loans and Postpaid Loans through our platform. In addition to loan disbursal through our platform we provide end to end collection support to lenders. We have complete collections set up covering Digital Collections, Tele calling Collections and Field Support. In addition to the core function of Collections we support advanced analytics and strategy; Backend operations and process control team.

Expectations/ Requirements:

Manage the vertical/Horizontal independently

Manage a large workforce

Responsible for developing, managing and monitoring collection strategies

The candidate should be Process oriented and should have thorough knowledge of various regulatory guidelines in order to be fully compliant

The candidate should have a good understanding of various systems within the lending ecosystem

The candidate must possess good data interpretation skills

Candidates having experience of managing Collections of large banks will be preferred.

Candidates having experience of handling National Role will be preferred

Candidates having experience of handling Collection Agencies at scale will be preferred

The candidate must have good communication skills

Minimum of 14 years of Collection Experience
