Position: Collection Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to collect payments from customers as per the collection schedule.
• Ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining a courteous and professional relationship with clients.
• Educate clients about repayment schedules and resolve any basic payment-related queries.
• Report daily collection updates to the designated supervisor or manager.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and submit receipts to customers.
• Handle collection challenges tactfully to minimize delinquency.
• Identify and escalate issues related to delayed or non-payment to the relevant team.

• Age: 18 to 30 years.

• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of local geography and routes.
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating records.
