Responsibilities:
• Assist in collections activities such as contacting customers for payment, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and provide support in payment processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collections processes and enhance customer experience.
• Learn and apply best practices in collections strategies to meet established targets and KPIs.
About you:
• Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate candidate from a reputable institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is advantageous but not required.
