Job Description
US based Firstparty Collection process (40 per Batch) Work window - 5.30 pm to 10.30 am (any 9hrs login with 1-hour break) Shifts - 5 days working (Rotational shifts and offs) OT as per business requirement Education - HSC/Graduate Fresher. SSC with minimum 1 year international BPO experience. Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply Salary - 17k to 30k in hand+ performance incentives+attendance incentives (in hand) Age Criteria: max 35 Years. Interview round - 1) HR 2) VNA 3) Operations round In case, if the candidate has excellent English communication skills and has a minimum of 11 months international BPO experience, we can skip the VNA and align the candidate for direct operations round to save time.
