JOB DESCRIPTION: COLLECTION OFFICER Designation: Collection Officer Experience: 6 months - 2 years (Must have experience in collection and in field work) Fresher\'s can also apply Gender Preference: Male Qualification: Any Graduate and above Salary: Rs. 16000/- to Rs. 25000/-pm (Fuel expenses reimbursable) Job Type: Full Time Age: up to 35 years Location: Chennai Job Role: 1. Field Collection. 2. Constant follow up with customer. 3. Daily Report and Target Achievements. 4. Maintain a good relationship with customer. 5. Briefing client regarding invoice system & clear their doubts, if any. 6. Clarifying doubts of clients on inventory related queries, if any. 7. Responsible to handle difficult parties i.e. hard bucket cases. Skills & Other Requirements: Excellent communication and listening skills. Target Achievement Confidence and Presentation skills. Understanding and interest in finance Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply. Negotiation skills. Commerce Background would be preferred. Must have valid driving license & in possession of a two wheeler. Languages:- English & Tamil (Mandatory), Knowledge of Hindi - Carries weightage
