Job Title : Collection Executive, Microfinance Executive
Location : Vadakkanchery, Palakkad, India

Qualifications :

• Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree

Experience :

• 1-5 years of experience in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Companies), Collection, or MFI (Microfinance Institution)

Salary :

• ?14,000 - ?16,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

We are hiring motivated and result-driven individuals for the roles of Collection Executive and Microfinance Executive. These positions involve handling collections, managing loan recovery processes, and supporting microfinance operations. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in collections or microfinance and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Collection Executive :
• Follow up with customers for loan repayments and overdue collections.
• Negotiate repayment terms with customers and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and payment schedules.
• Microfinance Executive :
• Assist customers in understanding and accessing microfinance products.
• Manage loan processing, disbursements, and repayment follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure adherence to loan terms.
• Ensure the accurate documentation of microfinance loan transactions.

Required Skills :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer accounts and collections effectively.
• Knowledge of microfinance products and loan management is preferred.
• Experience in NBFC, MFI, or collections will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.

Salary :

• ?14,000 - ?16,000 per month (negotiable with experience)
