Salary Bracket for the Candidates:

Freshers- Who is new to the Industry and do not have any prior experience Salary range will start from 18,000 to 21,000 In Hand. Depending upon the Interview and communication skills.

Experienced Candidate from Non-Collection Background: Candidate who have any experience in BPO Industry but do not have collection Background Experience. Salary range will start from 21,000 to 25,000 CTC. PF deduction is mandatory only in case PF is already getting deducted in any of the previous/Current organization.

Experienced Candidate From the collection Background: Candidate who have prior experience in Collection department or the process in the BPO Industry and have good communication skills in English. Salary range will start from 24,000 to 27,000 CTC. PF deduction is mandatory only in case PF is already getting deducted in any of the previous/Current organization.
