Qualifications :

Experience :

• 1-5 years of experience in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Companies), Bank, Collection, or MFI (Microfinance Institution)

Salary :

• ?14,000 - ?16,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team for the roles of Collection Executive, Gold Loan Executive, and Customer Care Executive. These roles are focused on customer support, collections, and managing gold loan-related processes. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in the financial sector, particularly with collections or customer care in NBFCs, banks, or MFIs.

Responsibilities :

• Collection Executive :
• Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement options with clients.
• Ensure timely collection of dues and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Gold Loan Executive :
• Assist customers with inquiries and process gold loans.
• Guide customers on gold loan documentation, terms, and repayments.
• Maintain records of gold loan transactions, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Customer Care Executive :
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information regarding financial products, including loans and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle collections and resolve customer issues.
• Basic understanding of financial products, especially loans and gold loans.
• Previous experience in NBFCs, banks, or MFIs will be an advantage.
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office tools.

Salary :

• ?14,000 - ?16,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
