We are hiring Collection Executives to manage field collections and customer interactions. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit customers for payment collections.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Resolve customer issues and queries related to payments.
Qualifications:
• Education : Graduate (Any stream).
• Experience : 0-3 years in collections or customer service.
• Age : Maximum 30 years.
• Skills : Good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
