Job OverviewWe are seeking a Field Collection Executive for a full-time position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in field collections. This junior-level role requires the ability to handle cash collections, manage data effectively, and work collaboratively within a team.Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (Mandatory skill) for data management and reporting.
• Experience in Collections (Mandatory skill) ensuring timely recovery of dues.
• Skill in Cash collections (Mandatory skill) with accuracy and accountability.
• Proven experience in field collections, dealing directly with customers on-site.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Competence in using data management tools to maintain accurate records.
• Good understanding of collection processes and legal implications.
• Resilience and ability to handle pressure in challenging situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit clients and customers for on-site collection of dues and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and report regularly to the management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards during collection activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in payments.
• Follow up with clients for timely payment and negotiate solutions for overdue accounts.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive client relationships.
• Utilize data management tools to update and track collection status and outstanding dues.
