Position: Collection and Sales Process Responsibilities:

- Contact customers through phone, email, or in-person to negotiate payment terms and collect overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payment.
- Identify sales opportunities and promote products and services.
- Meet collection targets and sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and process improvements.
- Prior experience in collections and/or sales processes, preferably in financial services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
