Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Field Collection Agent to join our team and help manage overdue accounts while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities:

Visit customers' premises to collect overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.

Educate customers about their financial obligations and offer suitable solutions.

Accurately document and report collection activities in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, emphasizing understanding and resolution.

Identify potential disputes or complaints and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Travel within assigned areas as required.

Requirements:

10th Pass

Proven experience in field collections, financial services, or a related role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Familiarity with financial regulations and debt collection processes is a plus.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Proficiency in using technology for reporting and tracking collections.
