About the team: Liaison between the creditors and consumers. They are in charge of observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans. About the role: Collection Ad viser will be responsible for meeting the targets of the assigned locations through outbound calls from the office. They will be required to meet the target of assigned product. Follow the legal guidelines as per the policy Expectations/ Requirements: 1.Outbound/ Customer Care Executive / BPO / outbound/ Call Center / Voice Process /Day Shift. 2.Shift - Day Shift 3. 5 & 6 Days Working 4.Candidate should be comfortable for Mumbai. 5.Candidate should be comfortable for voice process. 6.
