Collab Engineer :

Responsible for configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco voice systems
Expertise on configuration and administration of Cisco Call Manager for managing IP Phones, WebEx teams
Significant practical experience on Call Manager, Voice Gateway for troubleshooting the calling issues, registration issues
Experience on Cisco Unity Connection for managing the voicemail, call handler and updating greeting and holiday schedule.
Significant exposure to troubleshoot and understanding of voice infrastructure including PRI, T1/E1 and SIP lines
Knowledge of Voice Protocol Suits, SCCP, MGCP, SIP and H.323
Basic knowledge on UCCX for managing scripts, agent creation, skill creation and reporting
Knowledge on Expressway for configurating and troubleshooting MRA and B2B Calls
Good understanding on Video endpoints configuration and troubleshooting
