Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all machine proper functioning as per plan.

2. Responsible for Plan change as per SOP in minimum time with help of sr. operator.

3. Responsible for verification of NG parts and OK parts before machine start after change.

4. Responsible for daily scrap & rejection submission to supervisor after shift completion.

5. Responsible for daily machine check sheet and operator hourly check sheet updation on time.

6. Responsible for tooling submission to supervisor after plan change or breakdown.

7 Responsible to check part dimensions as per SOP/WI on machines after regular interval..

8. Responsible to taking setup approval from quality to start production after setup completion.

9. Basic tool setup on machine if any minor changes required with existing tools like length change.

10. Responsible to achieve the Shift Production target. (PPC v/s actual)

11 Responsible to implement kaizen on shop floor

12 Responsible to 5's implementation on machines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
