Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Cold Caller to join our team, focusing on reaching out to parents to pitch our educational products and services. The successful candidate will excel in making initial contact with parents, presenting product benefits, and handling objections to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for supporting educational advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to parents to introduce and promote educational products and services.
• Present a clear and compelling case for how our products can benefit their children's growth and education.
• Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding parents' needs and interests.

2. Sales and Upselling:

• Effectively pitch educational solutions tailored to parents' specific needs and concerns.
• Upsell additional products or services based on the initial interest and identified needs of parents.
• Handle objections and provide persuasive responses to convert prospects into customers.

3. Product Knowledge:

• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the educational products and services offered.
• Stay informed about trends in education and relevant product updates to effectively address parents' questions and concerns.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication and customer service.
• Address any questions or issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Feedback and Improvement:

• Provide feedback on common objections and parent responses to help refine sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in cold calling or tele-sales is preferred. OR Experience in a role involving direct communication with parents or guardians is advantageous.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Pattern: In office

Timings: 10:30 AM- 7:30 PM
