Job Title: Cold Caller

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for sales? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cold Callers. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list. Introduce our products/services to potential customers and highlight key features and benefits. Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine potential interest and needs. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the database. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work the specified shift timings from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
