Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
Talk with prospective customers in-depth to learn about their needs and gauge their level of interest.
Clearly and convincingly convey information about our services.
Set up meetings or showcases for the sales team that contain qualified prospects.
Answer incoming calls from potential customers or clients and address their inquiries or concerns.
Follow up on leads that you receive via referrals or marketing activities.
Experience in lead generation, Data mining using different tools like apolo, zoominfo.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months Proven experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial.
• Work closely with the manager and periodically report to them.

Freshers can also apply with strong communication skills. A national caller is acceptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
