We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Cold Caller Executive to join our team at Smitiv Mobiles Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., a leader in providing innovative field management solutions through our product, Field Robo. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our product, and generating leads to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Field Robo solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and refine messaging.
• Provide feedback from potential clients to help improve our product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS sector.
• Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections and positive client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of field management solutions or related technology is a plus.
