Job Description

Coinfantasy is looking for a Business Analyst who will work to understand business needs, and bridge the gap between users/ business stakeholders and teams with a technical focus. The primary objective will be to help the business implement technology solutions in a cost effective way.

Responsibilities :

- Identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projects.

- Manage multiple work streams of the projects.

- Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation support.

- Coordination of and hands-on assistance during different testing phases.

- Prepare impact analysis for both business and technical, working closely with architects and developers.

- Render support to the Leadership team to provide reports, powerpoint presentations and should be proficient in MS tools like Excel, powerpoint.

- Requirements identification and documentation, using User Stories and Use Case Diagrams by analyzing the end to end requirements.

- Should be able to develop and maintain reporting analytics, dashboards.

- Collaborate between technical team and other stakeholders to create, analyze, communicate and validate the features of new functionality.

- Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge.

- Participate in the product meeting sessions to suggest and add new features based on the feedback from users.

- Manage end-to-end requirements & ensure the delivery is of high quality by implementing analytical skills to ensure the excellent execution across multi-discipline platform teams.

What we expect

- Undergraduate or Masters Degree in IT/ Computer science with a degree in Management.

- 3-5 of relevant experience as a Business Analyst/ Senior Business Analyst.

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- Should be able to Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders by both verbal and written communication.

- Experience in using EST JIRA and Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, Office, Lean Controls etc.

- Able to demonstrate previous evidence of drive, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm.

- Exposure to Product Owner, project manager and / or Scrum Master roles and responsibilities

- Experience in designing flows on confluence/ Visio will be beneficial.

- Ensures governance, risk and control procedures are followed.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Presents solutions to business and technical stakeholders and provide feedback/suggestions to key issues.
