The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace, drive our digital transformation, and help define whats next: our new products, solutions, and ideas to improve lives around the world.COGS Specialist:Primary Responsibilities:

• Purchase price Variance analysis at soft close and Month end close.
• GRIR clearing and exception approval.
• 3rd party Costing analysis, validations, and signoff of annual standard costs.
• Monthly monitoring, investigations, and corrections of costing errors (KF resolution).
• Communication, collaboration and alignment with ESC Finance team.
• Adhere to timelines and to closely work with global GSC teams & stakeholders.

Planning & Organization:

• Organize and lead projects / review meetings with stakeholders.
• To have fair working knowledge in SAP.
• Evaluate impacts, problem analysis and corrective actions proposals on the projects.
• Automation of reports, using powerbi & ms office tools.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate with senior management.

EMEA Shift, 2-11 PMPreferable - CA / MBA / CMA with 3 / 4 years of experience.Hyrbid mode of work
