• Cognos developer provides recommend solutions for optimized design techniques to build dashboards and reports using Cognos 11, Cognos Framework Manager & Oracle SQL.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop and deploy reports and dashboard solution using Client\'s Cognos Analytics
• Understanding the Report Specification Documents and User Requirements.
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL statements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and test plans to ensure a project successful delivery.
• Thorough understanding of Cognos Report Studio\xe2\x80\x99s features and functionality
• Understanding of Cognos architecture and performance tuning
• Build reporting solutions while adhering to data warehousing best practices.
• Address any production defects and handle any technical issues.
• Administer Cognos securities and in charge of user group maintenance.
• Should be a good team player.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3 - 8 YearsMust Have Skills:

• Client Cognos Analytics (Report Studio, Framework Manager & Cognos Administration skills).
• Strong proficiency with Oracle SQL and Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements.

Good to Have Skills:

• Better to have any other BI experience likewise Jasper Studio or MS Power BI.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.E
