Learner Persona Profiling
Instructional Design (experience with varied learning interventions)
Storyboarding and Learning Content Development
Curriculum Design
Create Proposals, RFPS, POVs, Design Notes, etc.
Mentor Instructional Designers
Client-facing/Customer Management Experience
Good Written and Spoken Communication Skills
Proven ability to use AI and automation in production and workflows
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), such as Intellum and Evolve
Experience with project management tools, such as Asana
