Position Overview: We are seeking a Co-Founder who can bring not only strategic vision and leadership to our company but also a financial investment. This role is ideal for a passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record in e-commerce, a deep understanding of the digital marketplace, and a willingness to invest in our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.

- Leadership and Team Building: Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. Ensure financial stability and profitability.

- Product Development: Drive product development and innovation, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and customer expectations.

- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Optimize processes and systems for scalability and efficiency.

- Investment: Provide a financial investment to support the company's growth initiatives and operational needs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the e-commerce industry.

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully scaling a business.

- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
