Job Description

Responsibilities:



Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with the other founders to define the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.

Marketing & Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Oversee sales initiatives and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.

Technology & Product Development:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of our technology platform, working closely with the development team. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve marketing effectiveness and client experience.

Business Development & Partnerships:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships that expand our market reach and enhance our service offerings.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Build and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management & Reporting:

Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.

Market Analysis & Research:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate or technology industry, preferably with a focus on marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. A passion for technology and its potential to transform the real estate industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?424,276.83 - ?1,749,513.84 per year
