The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment or human resources, along with a proven track record of successful business management and development.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Leadership:
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the companys strategic plan.
Identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of the agency.
Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Plan and execute the companys goals, vision, and mission with the CEO and partner.
Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for the company.
Business Development:
Expand the companys client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve business performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Financial Management:
Participate in financial planning and budget management.
Monitor financial performance and work with the CEO to ensure profitability.
Share in the responsibility for financial outcomes through a 50%-50% profit-sharing arrangement.
Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
Proven track record of business development and client acquisition.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Candidates with prior experience working in a recruitment agency will be considered.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
