Company Description Atpata was founded by Romi Kulthia in 2021 in Kolkata, India. With nearly 12 years of traditional food experience, atpata has become a brand known for its commitment to quality and service. The restaurant creates deconstructed foods using creative flair to change the taste and not the basic nature of the dish, such as their famous Bassi Roti and thatte idly chaat. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at atpata in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with the founder on strategy and growth initiatives. The Co-Founder will also be responsible for leading and managing a team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring that the brand continues to deliver high-quality food and service. Qualifications Analytical Skills and Research experience Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Sales and Marketing experience Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take risks Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
