JOB DESCRIPTION

The Client Onboarding & Documentation transformation agenda encompasses the Wholesale KYC Transformation agenda and the Digital Doc Services Transformation. They are multi-year efforts aimed at changing how we operate leveraging data and technology, including AI & ML. The Portfolio management team supports the two teams Portfolio Management team supports these two programs in the areas of Transformation Strategy & Communications, Budget Planning & Governance, People Agenda and Special Initiatives.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join the strategy and communications pillar whose remit includes senior management reporting and communications across all levels of the organizations using multiple channels ( presentations, newsletters, videos, etc.)




WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Articulate our transformation strategy, progress, and impact in a way that resonates with and is aligned with the overall firm and DPS objectives
• Assist in the preparation of materials for management reporting and maintain and track submissions and deadlines
• Contribute to CO&D-wide newsletters by collecting updates and data, drafting and editing content, providing design input and updating distribution contacts
• Support with video production efforts by working with stakeholder to record, edit and publish videos
• Support the collation and rationalization of transformation deliverables for various forums/audiences
• Support initiatives including hackathons and AI focused learning opportunities, research and entry for external awards
• Co-create and maintain communications templates, other marketing assets and distribution lists
• Support people agenda through collaboration/preparation for global meetings, Employee Opinion Survey follow ups

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years of experience in a workplace setting focusing on communications, management reporting or similar background
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Ability to analyze information, connect the dots and articulate clear strategy, outcomes and key messages
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with solid verbal communication
• Data-led thinking, analysis and ability to communicate impact with data
• Highly proficient in designing visual presentations to a senior audiences. Strong PowerPoint expertise required
• Self-starter, able to work autonomously, with strong time management skills; efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on-time, to a high standard
• Exceptional organizational skills and flexibility to operate in a complex, constantly changing environment
• Ability to develop strong partnerships across teams
• A collaborative spirit, works inclusively and shares learning with others
• Design background beneficial
