CNC/VMC Setter cum Programmer

As a CNC/VMC Setter cum Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to produce precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines to produce precision parts. Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts and components. Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job. Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or production errors. Perform in-process inspections and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a CNC/VMC Setter cum Programmer. Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
