- Program and operate CNC/VMC machines for new part development and production.
- Develop and implement tooling and fixture solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize new parts and processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC/VMC equipment.
- Ensure production runs smoothly by monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programming processes and production results.
- Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering with 1 to 3 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming.
- Proven experience with VMC programming for part development, fixtures, and tooling.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and technical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine and programming issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
