Job Description
Designation: Maintenance Engineer
Qualification:
Diploma / BE (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Maintenance works.
Knowledge & Hands own work experience in the following controllers - Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, HAAS, Heidenhain.
Knowledge & Hands own work experience in the following Electrical, Electronics Pneumatic & Hydraulics systems.
Preventive & Break down maintenance in Conventional machines, CNC- VMC, CNC-Turning. CNC-VTL, Compressors, DG sets etc...
Critical spare inventory for all types of machines.
Co-ordinate with machine service engineers during breakdown, installation & services.
General Electrical works inside plant.
Maintain QMS documents related to Maintenance.
Monitor power consumption & work towards reducing the energy cost & improvement activity across the plant & machineries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
