Job Description
Position: CNC & VMC Supervisor
Location: Bhosari MIDC
Experience: 5-8 years
Responsibilities:
• Machine Operations:
• Operate and supervise CNC/VMC machines.
• Program machines using G-code/M-code and interpret technical drawings.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect components to meet specifications.
• Identify and resolve machining issues.
• Team Supervision:
• Guide and train operators.
• Ensure timely completion of production schedules.
• Maintenance:
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Safety & Records:
• Maintain safety standards and production logs.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CNC/VMC programming (Fanuc/Siemens preferred).
• Strong understanding of tooling, fixtures, and quality tools.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?42,499.27 per month
