Profile - CNC / VMC Machine Operator

Location - Bantara , Lucknow

Qualification - ITI / Diploma

Salary - 15,000- 22,000/pm

Experience - 1- 3 yrs

• Setting up and operating : Preparing and operating the machine to perform tasks like drilling, grinding, and milling
• Understanding specifications : Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand the task and desired result
• Translating instructions : Turning instructions into computer commands so the machine can perform the task
• Loading materials : Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machine
• Running a test : Running a test run to check that the machine produces the correct output
• Supervising : Supervising the machine while it's running and making adjustments to improve the result
• Maintaining safety : Following safety requirements and maintaining certifications
• Inspecting : Inspecting the machine and product for quality assurance
• Performing maintenance : Performing daily maintenance on the machine
• Handling materials : Handling materials safely and appropriately

CNC machining is a manufacturing process that uses pre-programmed software to control the movement of machinery and factory tools. CNC machines can be used to cut, grind, or drill shapes from materials like metal and plastic.
