Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC/VMC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and VMC machines for precise machining of metal parts.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAM programs to ensure accurate production.
• Load, secure, and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools according to job specifications.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating CNC/VMC machines
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and processes.
• Experience with CAM programming (a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to meet production deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
