Cnc Turning Programmer Cum Operator
Job Description
1.CNC Turning operating & setting, programming 2D.
2.Candidate should be ITI or DME or B.Tech holder.
3.Candidate with 5 years experience will be preferred.
4.Fanuc operating Programming knowledge is must.
5.Tooling Knowledge required
6.Should have adequate knowledge in using instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers and bore gauges.
7.Ability to read and interpret design parameters.
8.Knowledge of good manufacturing practice and ISO standards preferred.
9.CNC turning and manufacturing process
Programmer is responsible for creating, modifying and optimizing CNC programs to control machining tools and equipment for turning and milling machines.
Role involves interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and writing efficient code of programme to guide the CNC machine in producing precision parts.
Additionally, they may troubleshoot and debug programs, conduct tooling analysis, and stay updated on advancements in CNC programming techniques. Attention to details and a Strong knowledge on selection of tools and job setting
