CNC Setter Operator

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.

Location :

Chinnavemdampatti, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

CNC machines (lathe/milling/turning centers, etc.)

as per engineering specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and machine settings for optimal performance. Load raw materials, monitor machining processes, and adjust controls as needed. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve machining errors, tool wear, and process inefficiencies. Maintain accurate production logs and ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and ensure the machine is in proper working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
