ob Title : CNC Setter and Programmer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Setter and Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components as per the engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Programming :
• Develop and optimize CNC programs using manual coding for various machining operations.
• Ensure programs are accurate and efficient to meet production requirements.
• Machine Setup :
• Set up CNC machines (lathes, mills) by selecting and installing the appropriate tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Perform test runs and adjust machine settings for accuracy.
• Operation :
• Operate CNC machines to produce components with high precision and within tight tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting :
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Report and address any mechanical or programming-related problems promptly.
• Quality Assurance :
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Document production records and quality checks.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement :
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce production time.
• Stay updated with the latest machining technologies and techniques.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
• Strong understanding of CNC tooling, materials, and machining processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills (preferred):

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
• Familiarity with automation and robotic systems in machining.

Work Environment :

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to machining tools and equipment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?29,520.09 per month
