Installation and commissioning of New machines

Machine start up report filling

Register complaints from the customer in the online form

Breakdown service telephone support under warranty or AMC or Paid visit

Breakdown service Visit under warranty or AMC or paid visit

Fill service report for every visit

Preventive maintenance for machines under warranty and AMC

Spare part replacement under warranty or out of warranty

Discussion for purchase of AMC and spare parts from the company

Fill customer feedback form for service provided

Make testimonial of Happy customers

Provide feedback in case customer is unhappy

Generate enquiry for new machines through existing customers and references

Payment followup for pending amount with the customer

Daily Lystloc app

Service report for Service visit

Preventive report for Preventive visit

Machine start up report

Customer feedback form

Customer Testimonial written or video

Expenses report

Product improvement Feedback

New requirement or enquiry

Root cause analysis and support in problem solving

Brand building through cold calling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
