Job Description

1) Working experience on siemens Controller

2) Making programmes for job manually on a controller and on CAM software (Mastercam) as per the drawings and/or CAD files given by designer

3) Manual programming Job setting on machine

4) Manual Lathe and milling operations

5) Assisting design Engineer and technicians during mold assembly

6) Quality inspection machined parts

7) Assisting design Engineer in feasibility study

8) Inventory management for cutting tools and machine consumables using IMS

9) Maintaining job card/ log book using PMS

10) Periodic maintenance of machine tools

Skills & Experience

1) CAD Experience

2) Work experience in die & mold industry

3) Engineering drawing reading

4) Knowledge of different cutting tools and measuring instruments

5) Basic knowledge on CNC milling operations and programming

6) Working experience with variety of raw materials

7) knowledge on GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)

Qualification

Diploma in tool and die making

Diploma in tool and die engineering

Certificate course in machinist tool room

Certificate course in CNC milling and turning

Advance certificate course in CNC machining

Post Diploma in tool design and CAD CAM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
