Job Description

Principle Job Responsibilities -

Preparing CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc

Assist Operator to Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

Daily Check and maintain machinery to ensure functionality

Assist Operator to start operation after verifying machine program, offset, last part produce dimension reports.

Make ready First piece approval inspection report.

Make entry in batch card for operation finished part.

Maintain 5S in the workplace.

Any other job as assigned from time to time.

Job Specification ( Knowledge, Skill & Ability )

Qualification -

Minimum

: Diploma / ITI

Experience - 0-1 Years of experience in relevant field.

Job Competencies-

Experience with CNC programming, job setting and processing

Performance Standards-

% reduction in machining cycle time due to CNC programming

%age deviation from agreed inventory levels for spares

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
