Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

CNC Operator

to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading blueprints, using precision measuring instruments, and ensuring quality standards in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs. Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and product quality. Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Inspect finished products for accuracy using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience using measuring tools and gauges. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic math and computer skills. Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials if needed. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining is preferred.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
