Cnc Operator
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Translate blueprints, mechanical drawings, and instructions into computer commands for precise operations.
• Configure software and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Conduct test runs to ensure outputs meet specifications.
• Select, measure, and mount appropriate tools and attachments.
• Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them to quality standards.
• Make necessary adjustments during operation for consistent results.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in good condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Supervise machines during operation to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Adjust settings to address issues and enhance product quality.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Proven experience as CNC operator.
• Understanding of computer programming for 3-axis and 5-axis operations.
• Familiarity with ArtCAM software.
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month
