Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team in Taloja. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machinery to produce precision metal components in line with technical drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning centers) based on job orders. Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to control speed, feed, and tool paths. Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment clean and well-maintained. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Complete production logs and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred. Fresher to 3 years of experience in CNC machine operations. Basic understanding of machining processes and measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or other CNC control systems is an advantage. Exposure to ISO quality systems or lean manufacturing practices. Basic troubleshooting skills for CNC machines.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
